My recent style. Jersey is comfortable during performance~

This month I’m immersed in dancing at Nissay Theatre! Everyday, I am stimulated and moved by the Juniors, the dancers, staff from different sections, and the audiences who had came to watch.

After each show, I would reflect on the points for improvement, and then challenge them in the next performance, and find new points to challenge, and move forward little by little. This is an endless path.

During such fulfilling days, I injured my feet on the first day of the performance. I am not sure if this is the right timing, but since I learned a lot from this, I want to talk about it.

Even thought at the moment when I got injured, I told myself that it was no big deal and kept dancing, as time goes by, my right feet can’t move the way I want it to. Once the first part was finish, when I was receiving emergency care in the dressing room, I was irritated with myself who got hurt, and was regretful that not only can I not perform Flamenco as planned; I can’t even dance the originally planned steps.

After the show, I went to the hospital. In the large room separated by curtain, I can only pray that “please let there be no broken bones”. The diagnosis was that while there is no injury to the bones, the ligament was partially torn. I didn’t feel any better after going home, even though I was irritated with myself, I realized that it would be disrespectful to the everyone involved in the show, and the ones who came to see it if I keep this dark mood.

Learning the importance of facing the harsh reality, I worked hard on recovering as soon as possible with the help of the trainer, bandage and pain killer. Day by day I recovered enough to dance again, and I was able to recommence Flamenco one day ahead of my original goal. After the dance, I was filled with gratitude to hear all the applauses.

Although I have caused everyone so much trouble and worries, I want to put all my heart into dancing until the last show!

On the other hand, don’t bother with TV LIFE! remember the 1/12 page in The Television? Well, TV Life is worse…

Was gonna procrastinate until the end of time, but since I wanna see Tsubaholic’s report and she says she might wait till after I posted… so here goes XD
MC only, skipping the performance for now, because there’s so much I WANT to say about them, but so few words exist to explain T_T

[Senshuuraku / 2007/08/26 Evening Show (unless otherwise specified)]

-Act 1-

The talk part in act one is usually short, with him talking a mile a second without even trying to catch his breath XD
But today he spoke a bit slower, and says that the show has finally came to an end, and thanked the Kansai Junior for their help so far.

The rest are basically the same as before, he introduced the next few dance.
Flamenco - He wants to express the solitude, pains, passion, and various feelings in human that cannot be put in to words in this dance.
I am sure he said something about power in the African dance, and something about the New York dance too, but my mind was blown away by the performance afterwards and I don’t remember a thing ^^;

As usual, he apologized to the fans on the 2nd and 3rd floor who wouldn’t be able to see him (so sweet), and walked on to the hanamichi. A fan yelled “OTOKOMAE!!!” at him and he grinned XD

I am not sure if it was this show (in fact, I’m pretty sure it wasn’t this show…, but ah well) someone handed him their handkerchief, and he asked “what? you want me to do your laundry?! 0_0″
He eventually did take it to wipe his sweat, and pretend to try to give it to another fan. ドS!

-Act 2- (I’m getting the orders mixed up)

In the afternoon show, he told the audience that “Takki was here yesterday~”
Since the audience already knew about it, he didn’t get a strong response.
Tsubasa: = = “but you guys already knew that, right?”
“all kinds of information goes around” *pretends to be typing* “Enter, Enter, Enter” *pretends to tab on Enter key*
“But let’s keep today’s talk secret~ if your left hand is trying to press enter, stop it with your right hand~” *imitates stopping one hand with the other*
<- SOOOOO SOOOOO SOOO CUTE (gomen, Tsubasa! My teeth bit the right hand when it tried to stop left hand)

Evening show, he talked a bit about 24Jikan TV, and asked how much of it did people watched.
A girl answered “Everything!” He says “Everything? You mean you recorded and watched it afterwards, right? = =+ ” Fans tell him that no, we watched it in real time~

Says “he cried ne~” about the letter again, and got told by the audience that it’s reverse.

Dropped some sweat onto a girl in the front row, and says “That’d be 50000yen” the girl says “A bargain~~~” Tsubasa: “You’re not from Osaka, are you?” (Osaka people are know for being thrifty, I think.)

24Jikan was actually 35 hours – they woke up at 10 for the meetings, and after the show, they had another meeting / party, it was already 1-2am by the time they are done.
“I slept together with Takki afterwards~” *imitates sleeping, like this (NOTE THE HANDS~ he did that XD)

Someone asked “How about Kin-chan?” Tsubasa was like “Why would Kin-chan be sleeping with us?”
But agreed eventually that he did, off to the right hand side, since “Tackey & Tsubasa must be together ne~”

So it was like this? (reverse the direction and put the two closer)

ps. While we are at this cat picture thing, in the Flamenco performance, there was a part where he knelt down and hug his head as if in pain. It was like this. XDDD
(Gomen Tsubasa~~~ it was really kakkoii, but it IS just like that)

He was running out of topics to talk about but we won’t let him get back to performing so soon. So next is question and answer section.
Everyone started asking things all at once, and Tsubasa told us to “RAISE YOUR HAND FIRST!” like good school kids XD

Q: What’s the name of the new songs?
A: “New songs? Samurai? Next year’s song? What?” and finally found out that she means the new songs in this show.
“The one that goes like ‘World’s wing~~~~’ is called ‘World’s Wing’, and the other…” *tries to remember and can’t*
Fans: “Shiny Tune~” (I think?)
Tsubasa: “Ah, so you knew already! Shiny Tune”
The audience can’t hear the name clearly (I can’t either), so he repeated it a few times, and eventually, said it without the mic. (Sugoi ne, it was really loud and clear – but I still sux at katakana)

Q: About the release date of the album.
A: He doesn’t know either, the recording is finished, but because of “adult’s business” T&T doesn’t know when it’ll be released either. So write to Avex and ask “AVEX-SAN, OSHIETE~~~~~” ne

Q: Any plan to cut your hair?
A: “Eh I just cut it recently” “Right before 24Jikan” “Who thinks it looks good now?” *everyone applause* “Who thinks it looks better if I cut it more” *a lot applause* *but a lot of booooo too* “See, different people like different things~”

Q: How’s your niece?
A: “Very good~ I watch videos of her from my sister every day”
Q: Is she cute?
A: “Very cute~”
Q: When will you see her again?
A: “As soon as I go back to Tokyo! And I will hug her tightly when I see her! *imitates hugging tightly* <- sooooooo cute! *sits on hand to stop on the cat images*
Q: Have you kissed her yet?
A: He says she’s too young, plus there are lots of bacteria in the mouth (“Bet you don’t know that?” says he, in a I-know-everything-about-babies! tone)
Q: Do you go into the bath with her?
A: “That’s what mothers do, right?”

Q (the million-dollar question): “Who do you like better? Takki or niece?”
A: “Since I like them both, I cannot choose yo~” and adds “ahhhh kimochi warui XDDD”
Q: “Which part of Takki do you like?”
I was expecting “yasashii dokoro” again, but the answer was
A: “I like him so much that words can’t express.” (and adds “ahhh kimochi warui” again XDDDD )

[Buzz Lightyear/Tsu-san: 2 points, Takki: ∞ points]

Q: What did you do with Takki yesterday?
A: “Takki returned to Tokyo after the show.” “We held hands and walked all the way to Shin Osaka station.” “and I waved good bye to him like this” *imitates running next to the departing train waving bye bye bye.*

He was complaining (?) that the Kansai Jr are always so noisy again XD and imitated them saying Kansai ben, it was so cute XD

Talked about HIMEGOTO, says the lyrics is ecchi, he wonders how they will present it in concert – “I guess it can’t go after Epilogue ne” (of course it can’t XDDDD ) “plus Takki will be crying again and can’t sing, and I’d get lyrics mixed up” *audience booed* “oh, it’s the reverse?”

Ending / Encore MC

Came out with the Kansai Jrs, and let them speak a while.
One of them was really quiet, but he says “This guy was really lively when I treated them to yakiniku!”

He says “The Kansai Jr. will come to Nissay in October”
Everyone: “REALLY?!”
Him: “REALLY~”
Him: “To watch~”
Everyone: = =;
Him: “Seriously tho’, that’s up to Johnny-san, so…”

Says he wants to do a concert (T&T) in Osaka again at the end of the year.

Off topic, but OMG!
Read on blogs that there were a message on the 24Hr message board, from a Togashi in Kyoto, saying “I have been slacking off from work and playing games all day, but after seeing 24Jikan, I think I should start working hard too. I plan on starting it again in October”.
And on this week’s Weekly Jump, there were an announcement about new issue of Hunter x Hunter in the Oct 6th issue! (and volume 24 out on Oct 4th)!
CONGRATULATIONS!!! TAKKI & TSUBASA! KIN-CHAN! YOU GUYS HAVE ACHIEVED THE IMPOSSIBLE! OF MAKING TOGASHI WORKING AGAIN VOLUNTARILY!!!
